Financial Policies


DEPOSITS


TEAM Adventures require a non-refundable $500 deposit at the time of application. A 100% refund of the deposit will only be issued in the case of an applicant not being accepted to the program by The Sprout Experience.

LATE PAYMENTS


Payments made 5 or more days late will incur a non-refundable $25 fee.

EARLY WITHDRAWAL POLICY


Following acceptance to a TEAM Adventure program, a participant’s withdrawal for any reason, including, but not limited to, illness, injury, family engagements, work-related issues, or geopolitical concerns, etc., will be deemed a cancellation. Please understand that there will be no exceptions to our cancellation policy. Per person cancellation fees are based on date of written notice to The Sprout Experience. Refunds will be issued on the following basis:

150 days or more prior to departure: 100% refund less the $500 non-refundable deposit, and all non-refundable fees occurred by The Sprout Experience (including but not limited to airline deposits/tickets, payments/deposits to vendors)

120 days prior to departure: 75% refund less the $500 non-refundable deposit, and all non-refundable fees occurred by TSE (including but not limited to airfare deposits/tickets, payments/deposits to vendors)

90 days prior to departure: 50% refund less the $500 non-refundable deposit and all non-refundable fees occurred by TSE (including but not limited to airline deposits/tickets, payments/deposits to vendors)

60 or less days prior to departure: No refunds will be issued.

CANCELLATION BY The Sprout Experience


The Sprout Experience reserves the right to cancel any program due to low enrollment or if it is determined that global developments would make travel unsafe. In the case of cancellation, a 100% refund of payments made, less credit card fees. Credit card fees will not be refunded.

PAYMENT PLANS


1/3 Payment Plan

After deposit, remaining balance split into 3 payments.
1/3 Payment 1 due February 1 of travel year
1/3 Payment 2 due March 1 of travel year
1/3 Payment 3 due April 1 of travel year (Program paid in full)

CREDIT CARDS

Initial program deposits can be paid by credit card for no additional fee.

Tuition payments made by credit card will be charged an additional 3% to cover card fees.
